Tim was a great support for the John Roan School Community in 2018-19 when we were fighting the privatisation and academisation of our school. His worths of solidarity and wisdom and the playing of the pipes on our picket lines will always be remembered and cherished. We eventually after 18 mon5hs struggle, lost our school to a Multi Academy Trust, but we gained the comradeship and kindness of Tim.
